Végola board member in the innovation cluster Food+i
The CLUSTER FOOD + i Association, the Cluster of the Agroalimentary Industry of the Ebro Valley, held its Annual General Assembly on November 8, during which the Board of Directors was renewed.
The General Assembly took place in Logroño, and included assistance from partner companies from Navarra, La Rioja, Aragon, the Basque Country and Catalonia. The new Board of Directors will be chaired by Riberebro Integral SAU and is completed by representatives of Argal Alimentación SA, the Agroalimentary Technology Center Ctic Cita, Végola_Conservas Franco Riojanas SA, Tecnalia Research Innovation Foundation, Palacios Alimentación SAU Food Business Group, IRTA and José Calatayud Matadero SA.
This board was approved unanimously, and will govern the structure of the Association for the next four years.
CLUSTER FOOD + i is a private entity, without profit, which brings together companies, institutions, technology centers and research relating to the Valle del Ebro, whose objective is to promote competitiveness and the development of the agri-food sector through cooperation and innovation. Currently, CLUSTER FOOD + i has 95 associate members through which it mobilizes a portfolio of approved R + D projects of 36.24 Million Euros at national and European level.
