The origin of the group. Végola was founded in 1950 with the entrepreneurial spirit of Venancio González Lasanta, grandfather of the generation currently managing the group. He has over 70 years of experience working with industrial partners and more than 30 years collaborating with the world’s leading retailers and their private labels.
RiverFresh was founded in 2008 with the aim of meeting the growing demand for salmonids in European markets. Today, we are one of the largest producers of Rainbow Trout in the national sector.
